Academic Update for transitioning NC2C scholars to SNEPCo Undergraduate Scholarship

Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCo), and its co-venture partners hereby invite all 2023 NC2C scholars to update their current academic record for the 2024 NNPC/SNEPCo National University Scholarship Programme.

DEADLINE
The update should be completed and submitted before January 31st, 2025.
Please note that the portal is open to "existing NC2C awardees" only. Kindly ignore if you did not receive an email or SMS invitation.

Please be informed that all personal data will be processed in accordance with Shell Global Privacy Policy available at the relevant web page under the domain www.shell.com, as supplemented by any further specific and/or local privacy statements.

You have been recommended to have met the eligibility criteria for transiting to the NNPC/SNEPCO National University Scholarship, by your secondary school

Kindly upload your admission letter.
Fill and submit the attached NNPC-SNEPCo NATIONAL UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL INFORMATION FORM. Please ensure that the forms are filled out correctly. E.g., instead of responses like Civil or public servants for the question on occupation and designation, include specific designations such as Gardner, Director, Manager, etc. Same for the question on Place of Work.

Deadline: Closing date for receipt of the update is 31st January 2025

A.      Before you start this application, ensure you have clear scanned copies of the following documents to be uploaded in the documents section:
Passport photograph with white background not more than 3 months old (450px by 450px not more than 200kb)
School ID card
Admission letter
Jamb Result
Last academic session result statement of result
SECTION A

If you are registered on Scholastica, kindly follow the instructions below:
1.       Log on to your Scholastica account
2.       Click on My account > My profile > Undergraduate Level
3.       Scroll down to current details and fill in your correct and current educational details for the 2020/2021 Academic Session
4.       Click “Update” to save.
5.       Afterwards, click on “Documents” from the menu
6.       Select “Compliance Form” from the dropdown list
7. Upload the Declaration form
8.       Next, also upload your admission letter and JAMB result
9.       Re-confirm that all other information on your profile is accurate, if not send an email to the administrator.
10. Proceed to https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/SNEPCoNC2C2023
11. Click "Apply Now" to submit your information.
12. You will receive a notification that confirms your application was successful.
13. Log out of your Scholastica account

SECTION B
If you are not registered on Scholastica, kindly follow the steps below to register:
1.       Before you start this application, ensure you have clear scanned copies of the following documents to be uploaded in the documents section:
i.      Passport photograph with white background not more than 6 months old (450px by 450px not more than 200kb)
ii.      School ID card
iii.      Admission letter
iv.      JAMB Result
v.      2022/2023 academic session result/statement of result duly stamped and signed by the school authorities.

2.       Go to www.scholastica.ng  to create an account as follows.
i.            Click on "Register" to create an account. (Make sure you use your Email to register i.e. the email address via which you received this information)
ii.            Proceed to your email box to activate your account
iii.            Return to the www.scholastica.ng  to continue your application
iv.            Enter your registered email and password to upload your information.
v.            Enter your personal information, National Identification Number (if available), Educational information, Academic Referee (Your HOD or Dean), and other information and upload the required scanned documents accurately.
vi.            Ensure the names used in applications match the names on all documentation in the same order. Upload a sworn affidavit or certificate if otherwise.
vii.            Ensure you upload your admission letter duly stamped and signed by the school authorities.
viii.            Ensure you review all information filled and documents uploaded, to eliminate errors.
ix.            When asked to upload a passport photograph with the dimensions described above, upload a passport photograph.
x.            Re-check application information to avoid errors

3.       Afterwards, Proceed to https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/SNEPCoNC2C2023
I. Click on “Documents” from the menu
ii.       Select “Compliance Form” from the dropdown list
iii Click "Apply Now" to submit your information.
iv. You will receive a notification that confirms your application was successful.
