Academic Update for SNEPCo Undergraduate Scholarship

Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCo) and its co-venture partners hereby invites all SNEPCo scholarship existing awardees to update their current academic record for the 2022 NNPC/SNEPCo National University Scholarship Programme.

DEADLINE
Update should be completed and submitted or before March 15th, 2022.

Please note that the portal is open to "existing awardees" only. Kindly ignore if you did not receive and Email or SMS invitation.

Please be informed that all personal data will be processed in accordance with Shell Global Privacy Policy available at the relevant web page under the domain www.shell.com, as supplemented by any further specific and/or local privacy statements.

This Scheme Is Open to Existing Awardees ONLY.
Registered existing awardees should log on to their account and update their academic details accurately.

In line with the SNEPCo National Undergraduate Scholarship criteria, current awardees who wish to be retained on the scheme MUST satisfy the following requirements throughout the duration of their degree programme.

Maintain a mandatory Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 or 70% or PASS for Medical Students
Must remain within a course/program covered by the SNEPCo Scholarship scheme

Deadline: Closing date for receipt of update is 15th March 2022

Registered existing awardees should log on to their account and update their academic details accurately.

A.      Before you start this application, ensure you have clear scanned copies of the following documents to be uploaded in the documents section:
Passport photograph with white background not more than 3 months old (450px by 450px not more than 200kb)
School ID card
Last academic session result statement of result
SECTION A

If you are registered on Scholastica, kindly follow the instruction below:
1.       Log on to your Scholastica account
2.       Click on My account > My profile > Undergraduate Level
3.       Scroll down to current details and fill in your correct and current educational details for the 2019/2020 Academic Session
4.       Click “Update” to save.
5.       Afterwards, click on “Documents” from the menu
6.       Select “Transcript or Signed Statement of Result” from the dropdown list
7.       Upload your 2019/2020 academic session result duly stamped and signed by the school authorities.
8.       Re-confirm that all other information on your profile is accurate, if not send an email to the administrator.
9.       Ensure you provide your H.O.D or Dean’s details as your academic referee
10.   Proceed to https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/SNEPCo2022
11.   Click "Apply Now" to submit your information.
12.   You will receive a notification that confirms your application was successful.
13.   Log out of your Scholastica account
Deadline is 15th March 2022 by 11:59 PM
Note: All awardees who do not have a registered account on Scholastica should please ignore the instruction in Section A and proceed to Section B

SECTION B
If you are not registered on Scholastica, kindly follow the steps below to register:
1.       Before you start this application, ensure you have clear scanned copies of the following documents to be uploaded in the documents section:
i.      Passport photograph with white background not more than 6 months old (450px by 450px not more than 200kb)
ii.      School ID card
iii.      Admission letter
iv.      JAMB Result
v.      2019/2020 academic session result/statement of result duly stamped and signed by the school authorities.

2.       Go to www.scholastica.ng to create an account as follows.
i.            Click on "Register" to create an account. (Make sure you use your Email to register i.e. the email address via which you received this information)
ii.            Proceed to your email box to activate your account
iii.            Return to the www.scholastica.ng to continue your application
iv.            Enter your registered email and password to upload your information.
v.            Enter your personal information, National Identification Number (if available), Educational information, Academic Referee (Your HOD or Dean), other information and upload the required scanned documents accurately.
vi.            Ensure the name used in applications matches the names on all documentation in the same order. Upload a sworn affidavit or certificate if otherwise.
vii.            Ensure that you upload your 2019/2020 academic session result duly stamped and signed by the school authorities.
viii.            Ensure you review all information filled and documents uploaded, to eliminate errors.
ix.            When asked to upload photo, upload a passport photograph with the dimensions described above.
x.            Re-check application information to avoid errors

3.       Afterwards, Proceed to https://candidate.scholastica.ng/schemes/SNEPCo2022
i.            Click "Apply Now" to submit your information.
ii.            You will receive a notification that confirms your application was successful.
iii.            Return to the Homepage to download your profile and proceed to have your HOD/Dean sign on the document.            iv.            Scroll up the page, click on My Account on the black tab, Select “Overview”
v.            Under the Undergraduate Verification Status, click download profile
vi.            Print the form, append your signature and take to your HOD/Dean for signing
vii.            Return to this page to upload a copy of the clear signed form
viii.            Upload a scanned copy of the signed form; this would be used for verification.
